Basically, there are thousands of diets on the market today. Most of them are promising quick weight loss . However, it may be true that some diets work , most of them fail . The worst thing is that diets have heavier than we have. To put it another way . There are people overweight today than yesterday . It's getting worse . The only thing that most of us did not win , it is the knowledge that is needed to lose. What we have done is complain and blame others for our own situation.

I'm sure you're like most people. I bet you think about your weight all the time. If you are considering fat, then you can be more justified. There is really no easy way to say it. We will not focus so much on weight loss as much as we need to focus on the loss of "fat."

It may be time to disassemble each plan and see exactly what is wrong with them if that's the way we like it . I have a better way though. Before you start looking at the problem with diets , it may be time to start looking at your environment and habits.

If you are a baby boomer, chances are you grew up with only three TV channels . I am sure he said to play outside . Otherwise , I prefer it . Times have changed . Now we have more than 100 channels to watch television. We have computers with unlimited time . We also have some of the best games around .

Look again . We had to make movies . We had video games to play in the city. We also had computers at the time. We also had to leave the house to see a good movie or playing a video game.

Take a little further . When I was young , most likely , you just go to the store on rare occasions. Personally, I had to walk about a mile to get there. When I got home, I'm sure , I burn calories candy especially after I have. If you look now, you see fast food places popping up everywhere . It does not take much to stop and find a solution.

Worse, we teach our children to do things inside. We do not spend our time with them. They prefer to watch television . Some of the problems today is fear of our children being attacked , raped, killed or injured in some way. I must admit that my parents are more concerned about foreigners coming to the city of my neighborhood.

We can solve this problem. The first step is to realize the problems just mentioned . Once you 're aware of it , we must stop blaming these circumstances. Then , we must change ourselves to deal with . Our environment can worsen , but not have any fat .

The second stage of weight loss is to educate yourself . I mention fat several times instead of weight mainly because you can really be a normal weight and still be fat.
