First, let me start by saying this list is not exhaustive. However, if you can manage these 4 important components of a weight loss program elements , you'll be on your way to a slimmer body .
1)- Building the foundation
Many people start a weight loss program with the basal metabolic rate ( BMR ), which is the amount of energy (calories) your body uses at rest in the gutter. The key is to increase your metabolism so you burn more calories all day, every day. Increase the amount of calories you burn, increase the amount of fat you lose . It makes sense , right? The best way to increase BMR is through adding muscle tissue . Women often tremble at the idea of adding muscle due to their fear of being " bulky ". Relax Baby ! It is a little harder to add that kind of muscle mass than you think. In addition , a little muscle mass goes a long way towards achieving a lean body . And that's what you want , right?
2)- Specific program
Not just any exercise can do for weight loss program. Simply burning calories is not good enough. The program must be designed to elicit specific hormone leads to weight loss . I'll give you a hint ... hours and hours of cardio is not the answer!
3)- consistency
He speaks almost to herself . Have you ever done something great with inconsistent effort? Unless you consider failure a great achievement, you probably do not . You need to be constantly getting the results you want! It amazes me how many people put so little effort into their exercise program and complain about not seeing results. Even the best- designed programs are useless if they are not followed consistently.
4)- supply
Again, this is obvious . Can not wait to get a slimmer body , continuing their unhealthy eating habits . This does not mean that you should drop everything in your diet immediately and exchange it for "healthy" foods . Would end up miserable and revert to their old habits within a month. Instead , practice moderation and do not overdo it . In addition, the elimination of certain unhealthy foods out of your diet while introducing healthier foods. The transition will be easier to do and much easier to maintain.
